ISO 20121 Events

ISO 20121 certification is a management standard for sustainable event organization. It allows to establish, implement or improve a sustainable management system for all types of events and subjects involved in the process. It reduces risks and economic, environmental and social impact of the event, improves the effectiveness of the company's overall sustainable management, allows to stand out from competitors and enhances image by strengthening reputation with stakeholders.

Project Verification

Project verification is a fundamental phase of the Public Works implementation process. It ascertains the project's conformity to functional, performance, regulatory and technical specifications contained in the project documents. Bureau Veritas Italia is accredited UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 by Accredia as Type A Inspection Body. The verification is structured in four phases: planning, project examination, contradictory and project review, concluding with the issuance of the Final Verification Report.

Certification according to Reference Practice UNI/PdR 125:2022 defines guidelines on the management system for gender equality which provides for the adoption of specific KPIs concerning gender equality policies in organizations. It provides for the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender-related data with the objective of bridging currently existing gaps. It strengthens corporate image and reputation, allows access to tax breaks and bonuses in participation in Italian and European tenders.

Play Sure Doping Free certification guarantees the formulation of food and nutraceutical products, food supplements and functional foods through correct information to all consumers who want to avoid prohibited substances. It values companies that commit to guarantee for their consumers the commitment against substances defined as doping through a set of actions that allow process control. For consumers it is synonymous with guarantee of what is declared on the label.

CAM Construction Site

The Ministerial Decree 11.10.2017 prescribes the obligation to rely on an accredited Body for the verification of the application of Minimum Environmental Criteria defined at project level in the construction phase. The inspection activity conducted according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard ascertains, during works execution, compliance with technical specifications of building, building components and construction site defined in the project. Bureau Veritas Italia is accredited by Accredia as Type A Inspection Body.

DNSH Execution

Verification of construction site activities' conformity to the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle for building interventions provided by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) according to EU Regulation 241/2021. The service addresses construction site activities for new building construction interventions and renovation and redevelopment interventions of residential and non-residential buildings. Bureau Veritas offers the service as an independent third party for the works execution phase.

Electrical Systems

Periodic and extraordinary inspections on electrical systems according to Presidential Decree 462/01 guarantee the safety of systems and people. Bureau Veritas Italia operates as a Body Authorized by the Ministry of Economic Development for inspections on lightning protection installations, grounding systems powered in HV, MV and LV, systems in places with explosion hazard. Inspections are conducted according to applicable CEI standards with biennial frequency for higher risk environments and five-year frequency for ordinary environments.

Facilities Management

Competence certification for Sports Facilities Management Expert is issued by CEPAS in compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 standard. The certified professional possesses competences in every aspect of sports infrastructure management: infrastructural, administrative, economic-financial aspects, services, personnel organization and managerial aspects. He deals with ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, guaranteeing safety and comfort. The certification has five-year validity with annual surveillances and enhances professional activities with maximum competence guarantee.

Sustainability Manager

Sport Sustainability Manager certification is issued by CEPAS in compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 standard for professionals with high-level knowledge in sustainability management in sports and corporate social responsibility. The certified professional develops, implements, monitors and updates the sports organization's sustainability strategic plan, maximizing material and intangible benefits. He ensures ethically oriented decision-making processes and develops a sustainable business model with positive socio-environmental impacts. The certification has five-year validity with annual surveillances.
