Integrated monobloc boiler and heat pump system

A single system with integrated Smart control that allows the user to intelligently optimise energy production based on the external temperature values and the immediate utilisation needs.
Designed for the production of hot and cold water for industrial and tertiary environments using renewable energy, this system integrates the high efficiency of the condensing technology (34 kW boiler with modulating premix burner with NOx emission class 6) with the performance of the latest generation air-to-water heat pump with inverter technology at 14 kW in warming operation and 12 kW in cooling operation.

The AquaKond AKN system consists of an indoor and outdoor condensing boiler with a low NOx burner, available in 34 kW, 50 kW, 70 kW and 100 kW versions, which can be combined with water fan heaters.

QUEEN destratificators

Designed to reduce the stratification of the air and to ensure a uniform ambient temperature.

The concept of destratification underlying this product is simple: the hot air that tends to remain in the upper zones of the heated environments is drawn in by the axial fan mounted on the destratificator and is pushed downwards into the zones where people are present.
QUEEN destratificators feature:

    QUEEN Q
    QUEEN-EC with electronic fan.
  • they’re capable of handling large amounts of air, for both a direct effect and an induced effect.
  • the effect of the destratificators is combined with that of the heating appliances, as they mix the hot air that they generate with the ambient air.

The AH modular condensing heating unit is designed for heating the air.
Its modular structure facilitates transport and installation operations, for a one-package operational layout.

The AH series heating unit is:

AH-SPORT Monobloc Units

AH-SPORT Monobloc Units

Specially designed for sports environments

Apen Group has designed its new series of AH-SPORT Heating units specifically for sports environments: air-supported structures – tension structures – swimming pools – trade fairs – public entertainment venues. Particular attention has been paid to the aesthetics, and the aluminium profiles on the panels harmonise the rigidity of the geometric figures.

The heart of the machine is the PCH heat exchanger module controlled by the control and regulation board, which manages the fault reporting, ignition, shutdown, and modulation of the pre-mixed burner. The PCH module has a modulating mode of operation, meaning that the heat output and, therefore the heat input (fuel consumption), vary based on the heat demand. When the heat demand from the environment decreases, the heater uses less gas and increases its efficiency up to 105% (a Net caloric value).

The air handling is managed by a high-efficiency plug-fan powered by direct current with built-in frequency control. The air flow rate is variable, and can be set using the potentiometer inside the heater module’s compartment.

PCH Series

PCH Series

Designed for insertion within air-handling and roof-top units as a HEATING UNIT and for INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES.

The PCH heating module is a heat exchanger specially designed to be inserted into the air handling units and roof-top units, which, thanks to its pre-mixing and modulation technology, allows for condensation to be achieved with efficiencies of up to 109%, calculated based on the net calorific value (Hi).
