ISOTHERMAL POOL COVER ISOROLL STANDARD

ISOTHERMAL POOL COVER RAEGUARD SOLARWEAVE

RaeGuard™ Solarweave isothermal pool cover with reinforcing wave is designed specifically to maximise heat retention through its tailored reflective properties. Identifiable immediately from its silver top layer and white bubble, RaeGuard™ Solarweave's unique properties work to actively reduce heat losses from a pool’s surface by up to 57%.
RaeGuard™ Solarweave offers up to 90% of the insulating performance of a traditional 5mm foam, but with a significant reduction in the material cost.

Featuring the unique GeoBubble™ Technology air cell design and enhanced UV stabilisation, RaeGuard™ Solarweave materials have the potential to save money, energy and resources.

ISOTHERMAL POOL COVER SUNWEAVE

Polimpianti offers the Sunweave isothermal pool cover, designed for outstanding everyday performance. Its three-layer construction makes it particularly suitable for daily use: the top layer, made from a specially woven fabric, provides superior resistance to tears, punctures, and the damaging effects of UV radiation.

Sunweave helps reduce water heating costs by delivering energy savings of over 30%. By significantly reducing water evaporation, it also lowers water consumption. In addition, by inhibiting chlorophyll photosynthesis, it reduces the need for chemical treatments by up to 30%. The cover also acts as an effective barrier, keeping dirt, insects, and leaves out of the pool.

MULTIMATIC ROLL SYSTEM

Multimatic is an automatic mobile reel system featuring an AISI 316 stainless steel or pultruded shaft capable of rolling up four isothermal covers, one on the another, with an L-shaped support made from electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel tubular structure, specially treated to resist corrosion (pitting). The unit is mounted on pivot wheels with brakes for easy handling and secure positioning.

These systems are designed to bear the weight of large-size public swimming pools’ covers. They are powered by the latest-generation Polimpianti IP66 drive units, delivering a maximum torque of 281 Nm. The opposite support side features maintenance-free self-lubricating bearings, ensuring reliable and long-lasting operation.

DOLPHIN WAVE 100

Powerful with a purpose, the Dolphin WAVE 100 is best suited for midsized pools in gyms, fitness clubs, YMCA’s, and water parks up to 25 m. This cleaner ensures comprehensive scanning of the entire pool and highly effective brushing and filtering throughout the cleaning.
